A British side dish in which the two main ingredients are cabbage and potatoes. It's said the dish is named after the noises made when the two main ingredients are cooked; the potatoes bubble and the cabbage squeaks. If ever found in Houston, eat Bubble and Squeak (along with many other interesting, spectacular dishes) at Feast.
